Vantage Consulting ("we", "us") markets residential property in Lagos on behalf of developers, including Veritasi Homes. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the regulations of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Details you give us when you send an enquiry or book a viewing: your name, email address, phone number, the residence you're interested in, your preferred viewing date and time, and any message.
- Email interaction data when we email you: whether the email was delivered, whether it was opened (detected when your email app loads the images), and which links you clicked.
- Business contact details we may obtain from business directories and lists, such as a name and work email address, which we use to introduce our residences.
- Technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, through essential cookies (see our cookie policy).
How we use it, and why
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and keep you updated — because you asked us to (performance of a request / contract).
- To send you a confirmation email when you contact us.
- To send information about residences we market — on the basis of our legitimate interest or your consent. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which residences and messages people find useful, using open and click information.
- To keep records required by law and to protect against fraud.
Who we share it with
We share enquiry details with the developer of the residence you're interested in (for example Veritasi Homes) so they can assist with your purchase. We use trusted service providers to run this website and send email (for example our email and hosting providers), who process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to help you and for up to two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, email info@vantageconsulting.com.ng. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
