About us

Vantage Consulting is a sales and marketing partner to property developers, including Veritasi Homes. We are not the developer of the residences shown, and any purchase is made directly with the developer under their own contract and terms.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep information accurate, but details such as layouts, sizes, amenities, payment plans, availability and completion dates are provided by the developer, are indicative and may change. Images, renders, films and floor plans are artist's impressions for illustration only and do not form part of any offer or contract. Pricing is available on request and is confirmed only in writing by the developer. Please confirm all details before making any decision.

No financial advice

Comments about investment potential, rental demand or value growth are general information, not financial or investment advice. Property values can go down as well as up. Consider taking independent professional advice.

Enquiries and viewings

Sending an enquiry or booking a viewing does not reserve a unit or create a contract. We'll contact you to confirm arrangements.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access areas you're not authorised to, or interfere with how it works. The dashboard area is for authorised Vantage Consulting staff only.

Intellectual property

The Vantage Consulting name, logo and site content belong to us or to our partners (including Veritasi Homes) and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
